Meet the Doctor

Michael D. Villa, DDS, is a Board-Eligible Periodontist providing comprehensive periodontal and implant care. He specializes in the treatment of gum disease, soft tissue management, surgical extractions, and dental implant therapy, with an emphasis on precision, patient comfort, and long-term oral health.

Dr. Villa began his dental career as a Registered Dental Hygienist after graduating from the New York City College of Technology (CUNY), where he developed a strong foundation in preventive and periodontal care. He later earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine (SUNY) and completed his specialty training in Periodontics at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where he received his Certification in Periodontology.

Dr. Villa is known for his calm, attentive approach and believes that patient education and clear communication are essential to successful treatment. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Outside of the office, Dr. Villa enjoys traveling, is an avid New York baseball enthusiast, and values spending time with his daughter.
